Because of the customizable nature of our products, we generally manufacture our products on a "per order" basis.  Fulfillment is normally 5 business days, but this may vary depending on season and other variables.  Currently our Order Status is:

We do offer a priority designation, " FILL IT FAST" which guarantees that if a saddlebag order is placed by noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) it will be shipped the next available shipping day ** (excludes weekends and national holidays).  Any other leather goods that you order with your saddlebags (except custom chaps) will also be expedited at no additional fee.  Sorry, custom chaps cannot be expedited.

Please note that this service is only for expediting the manufacturing process (jumping you ahead in the product manufacturing and fulfillment queue), it does not cover priority or express shipping .   If you need priority shipping, then please select your shipping option when you order.  For an estimate of normal shipping times, please see our Shipping Page.

If the order is received on a closed day (Holiday or weekend) then the order will roll to the next available shipping day.  For example, if the order was placed on Memorial Day (usually a closed Monday), the order would be shipped on Wednesday.  Likewise, an order placed that prior weekend would roll up to the next day as well.

If the target shipping day is a holiday, then the order will be shipped the next business day.  For example, a Fill It Fast order placed 9 am on a Tuesday would normally be shipped on a Wednesday, but if that day is a Holiday, it would be shipped the following day (Thursday).
