We offer real chromed conchos (a very recent product upgrade) and standard black conchos.  For saddlebags, conchos are normally placed on the flap at one, two or three per side.  Tool pouches can have conchos on the flap (one) or the flap and sides (three).  Chaps have conchos placed at the top near the strap and buckle.
