For telephone, fax, and online orders, we gladly accept Master Card, VISA & PayPal. For mailed in orders, we accept Master Card, VISA, personal check (7 business day clearance required), U.S. Money Orders, and PayPal. Please make all payments in US currency. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because of the wide selection and customizable nature of our products and options, we do not carry many items "in stock" and manufacture your items per your order. As such, most orders will take about 3 to 5 business days from receipt of your order to when we can ship it out; for Easy Brackets and related products, this is about 2-3 business days.
If we expect order filling longer than that, a customer service representative will notify you.
We offer a good range of shipping options for you to choose from. All shipping is more or less 'at cost' - that is, we charge based on the package size and your location and do not have 'flat rate' shipping based on order size. We offer UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day, and Next Day services. For Post Office, we offer standard Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail services. Do keep in mind that even if you select a more expedited shipping method, such as Priority Mail or UPS 3rd Day select (for example), this only takes care of the shipping transit time - we still need time to actually make your order.
Considering these products are made to order, this is an exceptional fulfillment time. However, if you need the items more quickly, we do offer expedited shipping. We can also provide a 'Fill it Fast' service where an order placed by noon is manufactured and shipped the next shipping day (shipping days are Monday through Thursday). Sometimes, we are on holiday or otherwise close the shop for routine repairs and maintenance. Notifications of these activities will appear in the Ordering / Fulfillment status announcements (like the one at the top of this page).

Easy Bracket Shipping:
If you are ordering Easy Brackets or related items, such as turn signal relocation kits or Easy Totes, they will be drop-shipped from Easy Brackets (located in California). The estimated shipping times are shown in the map below. Any international order that has both leather goods and Easy Brackets (or an Easy Bracket product) will have all items shipped to our factory and then shipped to you in one package.

Shipping Cost
All shipping is based on the actual cost to ship the package to you and not by order total. If you elect to phone in your order, you will be given an approximate shipping cost at that time but will be charged the actual freight. For a quick estimate, you can go to any product page (a page where you can actually order the product) and type in your zip code in the form provided in the left hand navigation column. This will give an estimated shipping price for that item. For all items in the cart, all you need to do is provide the basic address information and click on the 'checkout' button. A list of shipping options and their prices will be provided for you.
Expedited and Priority Shipping
We offer a wide range of shipping options including Post Office Priority, UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, USPS Express and UPS Next Day services. For international shipments we prefer USPS Global Express, however, UPS and Postal Airmail(restriction apply) are available.
For Post Office Priority and UPS 3rd Day select, you may want to refer to the shipping time map above. If you live east of the Mississippi River, chances are that you don't need to spend the money, as normal ground service will probably deliver in 3 days or less (add a day or so around the Holidays). Why spend the money if you don't have to?
