I don't remember who I spoke to, but a couple of months ago I called with a problem I was having with the saddlebags I purchased about a year for my 1999 Honda Magna. The bags were starting to tear at the top bolt-on points. You sent aluminum slats for both saddlebags [they were originally "lost" in route, and an empty package was delivered so you very graciously mailed another set]. Well, it has worked perfectly.


Thank you so much for the superb product[s] AND customer service!!! As promised, I am sending some webphotos since I was informed you don't have any for your products on a Honda Magna. One of the photos is from last summer's solo Rt. 66 trip with your saddlebags. Enjoy! I hope they are useful.
