Karen I received my saddlebags a couple of weeks ago after a bit of a glitch in the mail system here. The package sat at my local Post Office for a couple of weeks and they didn't get around to telling me. Once that was sorted I was able to pick up the package and, as other people have noted, I was very impressed when I opened the box. The bags are much higher quality than they appear one your website which does not do them justice. I was also worried that the pearl white piping might be too stark a contrast for my black Night Train but it looks a little grey and is just right. I accidentally ordered a back mudflap instead of a front one but that looks pretty good too. When people ask me about the bags I will be happy to tell them where I got them from and point them to your website. And the Easy Brackets worked well also. I will take a couple of photos and e-mail them to you so you can add them to your testimonials. If you get any other potential cusotmers from Australia I am happy for you to give them my e-mail address and I can advise them on what happens with Customs when the package lands in Australia.
