Product Return or Exchange Request Form

So that you can avoid a 20% restocking charge, please follow the directions below.  For authorized exchanges, there are generally no restocking fees, however this will GREATLY reduce the turn around time.

1)  Please click on the 'Open Form' button below and fill out the return form.  Please double-check your email address and telephone number.  This way when we contact you, we can offer you the best solution, which very may include a return and refund.

2)  Please keep in mind that custom chaps and saddlebags with custom piping colors on the entire bag cannot be returned as they are considered to be custom products.  Saddlebags with custom piping on the flaps and other items with custom piping (not all piping colors are custom, please see our Piping Color page for specific details) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  However, if for some reason they are defective, we will stand behind the product and repair/replace as appropriate.

3)  When you complete and submit your form you will be sent an email with return instructions and an attached document.  (We will still contact you personally, more than likely through email.)  If for some reason you do not get this email, then please download the return form.

This form MUST be filled out and includedin your return so you can avoid the general 20% restocking fee (the 25% fee for custom piping colors always applies) or avoid delays in exchanging your product.  

4) When you ship back the product, please be careful on how you pack it and do elect for insurance.  If sending back Easy Bracket, please double check to make sure all hardware is included and carefully pack back the brackets in the box, securing them as close to possible using the original packing ties.  We are not responsible for items damaged during transit due to carrier neglect or poor packing, so a good once-over plus purchasing insurance will help to ensure a speedy and appropriate refund and/or exchange.
