Shopping Guarantee
Our number one concern is making you satisfied.
To follow with this, we offer very liberal return policies for "made to
order" products.
Warrantee:
Basically, we offer a one year warrantee on
materials and lifetime on craftsmanship. If you properly take care of your
leather products, they should last a very long time. We recommend proper
cleaning and regular applications of leather conditioner (mink oil is
preferred). We will repair or replace (our option, but again our goal is
to treat you fairly) any defects in craftsmanship for as long as your own the
product. We also support our products and offer reasonable rates for
repair or maintenance services, should you need them (see our Repairs / Upgrade
page for more information).
We cannot cover damage due to accidents, theft
(or attempted theft / criminal mischief), improper installation (proper supports
and / or bolt-on equipment is required), burning on tailpipe or overloading of
the bags (if you can't buckle the straps, then the bag is overloaded). We
can, however, work with you to fix any damage for a nominal, reasonable fee.
Returns:
We offer a "no hassle" 30 day money
back guarantee with full refund (less shipping) on all of our products EXCEPT those with custom options (custom
options are specifically labeled as 'custom' in the drop-down menus). In the rare event of a defect or mistake, please notify us. We
will refund in full (including shipping) or fix/exchange (in the case of a
custom item), including reimbursing for
return shipping. We don't believe that our customers should ever pay for
our mistakes.
For
chaps and saddlebags with a CUSTOM piping color
applied to the entire bag, we cannot accept returns. For saddlebags with a
custom piping color on the flap and other items with a custom piping color, we
can accept returns (less shipping) minus a 25% restocking fee. All other
piping colors (non-Custom) have normal and full return policies.
To return the UNUSED and UNDAMAGED product,
please notify us first so that we know we are expecting the product.
If the product was damaged during shipping, obviously you can't return an
undamaged product. In that case, contact us ASAP so that we can file an
insurance claim and work with you.
This also
gives us a chance to see what is wrong and to make it right. To serve you

Form or by calling 800-634-2453 between 8 am to 3:30 pm EST. If you still need
to return the product, we will provide you with the correct procedure for
returning the product and will refund the purchase price plus any taxes.
Returns made following the procedure (which is basically nothing more than
making sure that your full name, address and contact information is provided
with the return so we know how to credit the account) will have the 20%
restocking fee waived (restocking fee still applies to custom piping colors).
