Overview:

The Leather Accessories ConneXion respects your privacy. We do not give / sell out our mailing or customer lists (traditional postal mail or e-mail) to third parties for marketing purposes, nor do we divulge any information on purchase history or website visitation on an individual basis. In addition, any information you provide us (such as newsletter, catalog requests, orders, or surveys) will be treated with the strictest confidence.

The only time your information would be shared with a third party is only to fill your order; for example, we usually have Easy Brackets drop ship bracket orders directly to you. These third parties are not allowed to use or distribute your information other than to do the job we gave them to do. Should the company be sold, all customer information as well as opt-in information will be provided to the buyer. This is a standard practice (turning over lists) that has been done well before the internet.

In sum, we will not sell, rent, share or otherwise divulge your information to a third party for their marketing purposes, but we may share it if required for an outside party to do a job for us.

We do this to help keep our costs in line and to ensure the speediest service for you. We do use cookies and do employ a third party (Engine Ready) to provide us with website tracking and marketing campaign analysis. This information is down to the specific IP level, but is not matched with personally-identifyable information. We will do occasional mail-outs and e-mail outs to customers and those who have otherwise opted in, however we will never call you at home or at work unless we are following up on an inquiry you had initiated.

Any and all requests to be removed from our lists is respected and completed as soon as possible.

Catalog Requests:

We ask for basic mailing information, email, and ask what type of motorcycle you have.  In addition, we will ask if you wish to 'opt in' to our monthly newsletter and/or register for occasional drawing.  We use this information to send you a catalog and, if you have opted in, sign you up for our newsletter.  We also use this information to notify winners of any prize drawings.  If the visitor provides their email, a customized acknowledgement with detailed website information, will be sent.  If the visitor did not otherwise opt-into any other communications, this automated response will be the only email communication they receive from us.

Through a form, a visitor may ask customer service questions.  We use this information simply to respond to the question.  Although we archive theinformation for research purposes (such as finding informational gaps on the website), we do not use this information as a source for any additional marketing solicitations.

Newsletter Sign up and Drawings:

This service allows visitors to register for our occasional (monthly target) newsletter and for occasional prize drawing.

Email this Page & Wish List:

A visitor can email product details to themselves or to a friend.  Product information, such as the page URL, product description and a small photo is sent to the recipient and to the sender if they elect to have a copy sent to them.  This tool is convenient for sharing information.  Neither the sender nor the recipient are added to any email or solicitation lists.  The email is one-time only and we otherwise do not use this information.
