Leather ConneXion does not sell products for children. Children are not eligible to use Leather ConneXion's services, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us. Leather ConneXion and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Leather ConneXion and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Leather ConneXion does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product offered by Leather ConneXion itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 

CHECK RETURNS

In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 fee.

NET 30 TERMS (WHOLESALE ONLY)

If you are issued credit and you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Customer agrees that it will not hold Leather ConneXion accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control, such as carrier delays or drop shippers. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Leather ConneXion be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.  It is in our best interest, however, to make sure you are satisfied and we will work with you to research any delays and expedite the process the best we can, if we can.

SALES TAX

Leather Accessories ConneXion is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state of Pennsylvania. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax (and have been approved as a certified Spider's Den reseller) should provide us with their resale certificate by fax to 724-445-7633.

SITE PRICING

We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.  If there is confusion regarding a price or shipping cost, please ask about it through our Questions Form or contact us at 1.800.634.2453.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Leather ConneXion, you agree that the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Leather ConneXion, its parent company, or its affiliates.
